ALBERT "AL" PETER GRAHAM (Hon. Lt. Col., C.D., Royal Highland Fusiliers of Canada) 1913 - 2009 Dad passed away peacefully on Friday, September 4, 2009 in Mississauga, in his 96th year. Beloved husband of the late Joan Evelyn. Loving father of Anne Elizabeth Gotro (Robert) and Bryan Marquand Graham (Susan). Proud grandfather of Jennifer Ruth Hare (Joe), Jeffrey Bryan Graham and James Marquand Graham. Albert worked for the Globe and Mail for 45 years and retired as Director of Circulation in 1978. Following his service in Europe during WW II, he joined the Highland Light Infantry of Canada, Cambridge and rose to the position of commanding officer which he held for four years. Al was appointed as the Honorary Lieutenant Colonel in 1979. He will be remembered as a true gentleman.
REVEREND KENNETH JAMES ROWLAND
Our family is sad to announce the passing of Ken, peacefully in his sleep, on Saturday, September 5, 2009 in his 78th year after a short illness at McNally House in Grimsby. Ken leaves behind his loving wife Connie, his daughter Jane (David Crawford) and his sons Glen (Carol) and Garth (Melissa) Rowland. He will be greatly missed by his grandchildren Kaylyn, Davin, Braydon, Emma, Charlotte, Abigael, Daniel, Samantha and Jonah. Survived by his brother Roger (Ruth-Anne) and sister-in-law Sandra (Tony Gray) and his nieces, nephews and cousins. Ken was a Minister in the Presbyterian Church for over 35 years, serving congregations in Toronto, Gananoque, Port Credit, Ajax, Dundalk and Hamilton. He was Chaplain of the Irish Regiment of Canada and the Port Credit Legion Br. 82. He was involved in youth ministries and the Scouts. A special thank you to McNally House for their care. Cremation has taken place at his request and a private family service was held.

Cherished Pop to Kevin (Lisa), Todd (Laura), Trevor (Erin), Joshua (Jen), Brandon (Nicole) and Dustin (Teia). Great grandpop to Braden, Kayla and Matthew. Life long resident of Port Credit.
